Cancellation and Refund

Refund Policy:

Right to Cancel: Customers have the legal right to cancel their order based on reasonable grounds after receipt.

Definition of Receipt: Receipt includes either completing an online registration or receiving a physical gift package.

Incorrect customer information: If a customer has provided incorrect order or shipping information, they must inform AstraName.com support within 24 hours of the order placement. Corrections will be made based on the information provided in a timely manner. Otherwise, customers bear the costs for shipping and reprinting.

Damaged or Lost Orders: In situations where an order is lost or arrives damaged, customers are required to contact AstraName.com and provide photo or video proof. Based on the evidence, a free promo code, re-shipment or partial/full refund will be issued.

Digital Orders: For digital orders, cancellations are accepted within 30 days of purchase, with eligibility for a full refund.

Delayed delivery of gift packages does not qualify for cancellation, as delivery services are handled by third-party contractors.

Orders cannot be cancelled if the company's services are fulfilled, regardless of third-party involvement.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment method and bank policies.
